Kit utilizes various modalities such as: trigger-point and subtle-energy point unwinding; myofascial stretching, stimulation and release; cranio-sacral techniques. She utilizes her familiarity with deep-tissue, Swedish, Shiatsu, and cranio-sacral to offer a profoundly integrative session intended to allow you the space to create health for yourself and to sustain your body and restore your spirit.
